• LitLove’s products can include 1 to 15 years of manufacturer warranty or product guarantee as per specific details in each products description. This warranty if applicable to the Satisfyer Pro Deluxe Climax Heads, can be used in accordance with the terms and conditions set out by each manufacturer.
• If applicable for product guarantee or warranty to be valid, you may be required to register your warranty or guarantee after completing your purchase with the manufacturer.
• If instructions and warranty details are included in your product, please follow the directions. If your products doesn’t include any more information then contact the manufacturer, otherwise your product simply doesn’t include any warranty. In which case normal South Australian return and refund retail rules apply.

 

What are the LitLove delivery costs and options?

• LitLove will deliver your order in discreetly packages, plain boxes by StarTrack Express or Australia Post.
• At LitLove we know you want your order ASAP. This is why we exclusively deliver with express post only within Australia and abroad.
• Orders placed before 10:00am Monday to Friday AEST during any normal business day, are dispatched the same day for overnight express delivery. (Overnight express delivery is only available in Australian metro areas. For all other areas normal express delivery times apply of 1-3 business days.
• Orders placed after 10:00am AEST are dispatched the next business day. For example if you place your order at 1pm on a friday afternoon, your order will be dispatched monday morning.
• To make shopping easier, we already by default select the best express shipping option for you at checkout. No need to worry yourself with choosing as there is only one option. The fastest.
• Enjoy FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING within Australia on all orders of $50 or more at LitLove.
• Express post will be delivered overnight or within 1 business day to 97% of the country. Rural parts of Australia may take a few days longer. LitLove express is via StarTrack (Australia Post Owned) which we find delivers shipments faster than with regular Australia Post.

 

Can I track my delivery?

• Tracking numbers take time to update and since we only ship with fast express the tracking number is usually not required. Should your shipment take longer to arrive, although a rare occurrence, we ask that you wait 5 business days before sending us a message via the contact us page so we can investigate for you. We have shipped thousands of orders and so far are yet to see this happen. So you can rest assured if it does happen, we will resolve, refund or reship your items quick smart.
